Appointments and Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel please give 24 hours notice.

If less than this I reserve the right to make a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.

If you do not turn up for an appointment reserve the right to charge 100% of the treatment cost.
If you are running late your appointment may be shortened if it is possible to do so.

Please note if you are more than 15 minutes late I may not be able to carry out the treatment and 100% of the cost may be charged.

Courses

All courses must be paid in full at the time of the first treatment.

If you do not show up for a treatment that is part of a course that treatment will be deducted from the course package.

Gift Vouchers

Vouchers may be used on treatments only and not products

Vouchers are not refundable or able to be transferred to another person.

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and must be presented at the appointment.

If a voucher has recently expired I may honour it if possible but any increase in the treatment cost will be charged .

If you do not turn up for an appointment using a Gift Voucher you will lose 100% of the treatment cost.

Data Security

Personal details taken from clients during consultations will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. I will not ever sell or share your private details with anyone. Occasionally I send out details of offers and promotions. I may also message you to remind you of an appointment. should you wish to opt out please let me know.

COVID 19

Due to the current pandemic and the need to adhere to government guidelines please read the following

If you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid 19, including a high temperature, a cough, loss of taste or smell or generally unwell, please contact me to rearrange your appointment
I will be adhering to all Government regulations regarding PPE and sanitisation, disinfection, cleaning and taking regular lateral flow test.

Additional Information

Please note that my Therapy Room is situated within my home although in a separate designated room. Whilst I endeavour to create a calm, quiet environment there may be occasional outside noise beyond my control.

I also have pet cats. Although they are not allowed within my treatment room please notify me of any cat allergies or phobias.
